On this tour we will visit more than 10 towns and cities in central and south eastern Iran. Part of this tour is designed to showcase the beauty of regions that are out of the beaten track. On this carefully crafted itinerary, we delve into Iran’s exquisite cultural, historic, and natural offerings—spending time in important cities like Shiraz and Esfahan, as well as villages tucked into stunning desert and mountains—capturing the immense diversity of this fabulous land.

Day 1
Day 1

Day 1: Tehran (L-D)

Arrival in Tehran, Iran’s largest city and economic nerve center. In Tehran, we will visit renowned world-class museums showcasing Persian Art and Culture including National Museum, carpet Museum, crown jewels Museum.

Day 2

Tehran (B-L-D)

Today we will explore Tehran with its world-class museums. Today we will visit the Golestan Palace which is another world heritage in the heart of the city. Then we will visit the Former shah’s palace in north of Tehran which is located in huge garden in north of Iran.

Day 3
Day 3

Tehran-Kerman (B-L-D)

Morning flight to kerman. Transfer to the hotel. In the Afternoon, we will visit Ganj Ali Khan complex in Kerman consisting of the old Friday mosque dating back to 14th century, Bazaar and beautiful bathhouses. Ganjalikhan bath house which is a masterpiece of architecture has been converted into an ethnographical museum.

Kerman- Rayen-Mahan-Kerman (B-L-D)

Today we will have an excursion to the tranquil, peaceful town of Rayen to visit one of the good examples of pre-Islamic adobe citadels. After our visit we drive to Mahan to visit the fascinating Prince garden which is one the UNESCO registered Persian Gardens. Then we will visit the Mausoleum of a Sufi poet to learn more about Sufisim and enjoy the architecture. Drive back to Kerman.

Kerman-Yazd (B-L-D)

This morning we will we will drive to Yazd. Arrival in Yazd. Transfer to the hotel. After lunch, sightseeing in Yazd.

Day 6
Day 6

Yazd (B-L-D)

In Yazd, we will have a full day tour of this fascinating oasis town. We will walk through the old town which is like Venice in the desert. You are lost in the maze of its narrow alleyways and adobe archways. We will learn a lot about Zoroastrianism in Yazd, since, this ancient religion has deep roots in Yazd.

Yazd- Shiraz (B-L-D)

Drive to Shiraz via the beautiful town of Abarkouh. We will pass by an ice house which is a phenomenal architectural masterpiece and people in desert towns used them before using modern refrigerators. Arrive in shiraz. Transfer to our hotel in Shiraz.

Shiraz (B-L-D)

Today we will discover Shiraz and its charming gardens and the labyrinth of Vakil Bazar. We will also visit the fabulous pink mosque which is uniquely decorated with pink tiles.

Day 9
Day 9

Shiraz-Persepolis (B-L-D)

We have an excursion to Persepolis, one of the wonders of the ancient architecture dating back to 450 B.C after visiting Persepolis we will visit one of the highlights of the tour which is  Naghshe Rostam where we can visit gigantic cruciform carvings on the rocks dating back to 450 BC.

Shiraz- Esfahan (B-L-D)

Drive to Esfahan. Arrive in Esfahan in the afternoon. Transfer to the hotel

Esfahan

Our guide will give you an insider’s look at Esfahan, leading you through its enormous, glorious Mosques, palaces, and the Naqsh-e Jahan square, Soak up everyday life along its streets and majestic historical bridges.

Day 12

Esfahan (B-L-D)

Today we will visit Vank Cathedral in the Armenian quarter in New Julfa and we will enjoy the beautiful frescos in forty column palace in Esfahan.

Day 13
Day 13

Esfahan-Tehran (B-L-D)

Observe traditional dress and culture in the charming mountain village of Abyaneh and stop in Kashan, home to caravanserais and Fin garden. Return to Tehran airport. Overnight at airport hotel.

Fly back home (B)

Walking to the terminal at the airport, Flying back home.
